Structure
The highest body of CERI is General Assembly, represented by CERI members and Board members. The Board, comprised of 7 'National Focal Point' organizations from each of the Carpathian Countries and WWF-DCP representing international organizations, is the highest body of the CERI between General Assemblies and meets 3 times a year. The Secretariat is answerable to the Board and the Members. For more on the structure of CERI, please see the CERI legal statutes.
